Landscape-Roidis, provided full landscape services from conceptual design through construction administration for the total area of 6000 m2. The scope includes landscape master planning and design. Elements designed include retaining walls, landscape structures, parking areas, landscape paving, landscape lighting, earthworks and planting design. Τhe target of this study was the redesign of an abandoned building and its transformation into a modern luxurious 5 * hotel. The premises were upgraded internally and externally, while maintaining the original building volume. The surrounding the building area was completely undersigned.

One of the basic principles for the landscape design of the new 5* hotel was to create various outdoor living spaces. The main restaurant expands onto a terrace overlooking the sea. In rooms used beige marble accents and local stone. The area between the building volume and the sea is dominated by the large central swimming pool. The swimming pool splits in two levels, the upper part for the kids and the lower for the adults, where a small island welcomes the existing olive tree.
