Total landscape study for the surrounding area of «Motels Leventi» , hotel complex, in Kammena Vourla. The hotel comprises a main building overlooking the highway Αthens -Thessaloniki and the beach and two bungalows blocks located just behind the main building overlooking the gardens and the mountain behind. Landscape – Roidis studio execute full landscape design for the total hotel’s plot starting with the Master Plan design throughout the detailed design and construction supervision. The visual and atmospheric pollution caused by the Highway Athens- Thessaloniki solved by dense planting along the hotel’s front fence. The parking area situated in front of the hotel entrance.


The surrounding, between the main building and bungalows, area is the hotel’s gardens. The special plantings of these areas make the areas quiet and pleasant. The pool situated nearby the main road while the hexagonal pergolas situated behind the pool. The pergolas are constructed as puzzle and offers canopy and shade to the swimmers. The plants selection helps a lot the summer blooming. All plant species are adaptable to the environmental and ecological conditions of the site.
