Landscape – Roidis design studio has been commissioned to design the total landscape of the new wing of the 5* Hotel “Kinetta Beach” covers an area of 10000m2, which is located aside the 10 hectares existing hotel. The overall design idea was developed around an existing pine tree, the only plant existed in the under-redevelopment area. The pine was a key design element for the recognition of the new area, acting as focal point, around which water elements (swimming pools and lagoons) were designed additionally seating areas and dining areas were developed.


The neutral architecture of the building, the concealment of large stores, the need of creation spaces with specific identities and the site’s close proximity to the sea, were taken into consideration during the landscape design process.
