Landscape -Roidis was commissioned to design an ambitious project in Orestiada. The client wanted the complete landscape design of the 65000m2 courtyard of a hotel that was to be erected later. The first phase of the project was completed in June 2002 and included:

• Series of swimming pools situated in different altitudes, due to the steep sloped site, covers an area about 1.000m2. The swimming pools are connected by numerous and impressive waterfalls. The complex of pools and waterfalls adds new features to the site, as can be used for weddings, receptions, musical evenings, small conferences, etc.
• Two bars serving the entire space.
• Pergolas for shade provided all over the space.

The pavement made of local materials.The green design interventions were made with respect to the local flora. Planting unifies aesthetically the space and integrate the project into the existing landscape.
