Landscape–Roidis Studio was commissioned to undertake the complete landscape architecture for Motels Leventi, a seaside hotel complex in Kamena Vourla, Greece. The commission encompassed the entire design process—from the landscape master plan and detailed design to construction supervision—covering the outdoor spaces of the main hotel building and two bungalow clusters set within the gardens behind.

The landscape strategy responds to the site's unique setting, positioned between the Athens–Thessaloniki highway and the coastline. To mitigate visual and acoustic disturbance from the adjacent motorway, a dense vegetative buffer was established along the site's frontage, creating a protected and tranquil environment for guests. Parking areas were carefully integrated near the main entrance to ensure efficient access while preserving the character of the landscaped grounds.

The central gardens form the heart of the complex, connecting the main building with the bungalow accommodations through a sequence of shaded paths, lawns, and richly planted outdoor spaces. The swimming pool is positioned close to the main building, while a series of distinctive hexagonal timber pergolas provide generous shade and create inviting spaces for relaxation. Their modular composition introduces a strong architectural identity while enhancing the spatial experience of the pool area.

The planting design emphasizes Mediterranean species selected for their resilience, seasonal interest, and adaptability to the local climatic conditions. Rich summer-flowering vegetation, combined with carefully structured greenery, reinforces the hotel's connection to its coastal landscape, creating a calm, immersive environment where architecture, planting, and open space are seamlessly integrated.
