The location of the 600-bed hotel is in contact with the sea, in Tigaki on the island of Kos. The particular form of the plot has influenced both the architectural design and landscape design. The LRA studio designed all the hotel’s outside spaces, starting from the master plan design through the preliminary design, up to the final design with the construction details. Choosing elements which have been designed by Landscape – Roidis studio’s design, the water element of the entrance, the three swimming pools – the 2.200 m² laggon pool, the rectangular swimming pool of the entrance and the swimming pool «Venice» that operates as a private swimming pool for the suites -, the water features of the main restaurant, the pedestrian ways, the total pavement design, the pergolas, the parking and finally the planting plan, the irrigation design and the outdoor lighting design, are distinguished.
